These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Fraaime ("Fraaime," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of fraaime.framer.ai and all related services.
By submitting a project, requesting an estimate, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
Description of Services
Fraaime provides AI-powered structural framing design services, including:
Free estimates — analysis of uploaded architectural plans to generate a framing cost estimate, typically delivered within 12 hours.
AI Optimization — conversion of approved plans into a 3D structural model with load path calculations, stud positions, and beam spans.
Precision Framing Package — a city-ready structural package including structural calculations, 3D framing models, permit submission documentation, material takeoffs, and installation documentation.
Pre-cut framing delivery — offsite-fabricated framing panels delivered to your project site (where applicable).
Services are provided across the Continental United States. Geographic availability of physical framing delivery may vary; contact us to confirm availability for your location.
Your Responsibilities
Accuracy of submitted plans
You are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded drawings, blueprints, and project documents are accurate, current, and authorized for use. Fraaime is not liable for errors in our output that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthorized input plans.
Intellectual property
By uploading architectural plans, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to submit those documents for processing. You grant Fraaime a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and use your uploaded files solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services.
Regulatory compliance
While Fraaime's packages are engineered to meet local building codes, you are ultimately responsible for obtaining all required permits, approvals, and inspections from the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction. Local code requirements vary and are subject to change.
Professional oversight
Our AI-generated structural packages are prepared in conjunction with licensed structural engineers. You agree to review all deliverables with qualified professionals before use in construction.
Estimates, Orders & Payment
A free estimate is non-binding. Projects proceed only upon your confirmation and receipt of applicable fees. Pricing is determined based on project size, scope, and location and will be communicated to you before any charges are incurred.
Once you confirm an estimate and an order is placed:
Payment terms will be set out in your project agreement.
Fraaime will begin AI Optimization and structural modelling.
Material fabrication (where applicable) begins after structural approval.
Changes to plans after an order is confirmed may result in revised pricing. We will notify you of any cost impact before proceeding with changes.
Ownership & IP Rights
Your materials
You retain full ownership of your uploaded architectural plans. We claim no ownership over your submitted drawings or designs.
Fraaime deliverables
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the framing package and associated deliverables for the specific project for which they were prepared. You may not resell, sublicense, or use Fraaime's structural packages for other projects without our written consent.
Our platform and AI
Fraaime's software, AI engine, website, methodology, branding, and proprietary processes are the exclusive intellectual property of Fraaime. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our platform or technology.
Disclaimers
Fraaime's services are provided "as is." While our packages are engineered to meet building codes, we make no warranty that any specific permit will be approved by any authority having jurisdiction, as permit approvals are at the sole discretion of local authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fraaime's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Fraaime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, construction delays, or permit rejections resulting from factors outside our control.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fraaime is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
