Privacy Policy
Fraaime ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of architects, builders, developers, and homeowners who use our AI-powered structural framing services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding that information.
By submitting a project, requesting an estimate, or otherwise using fraaime.framer.ai (the "Site"), you agree to the practices described here.
What We Collect
Information you provide directly
Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and company name submitted via estimate requests or contact forms.
Uploaded project files — architectural drawings, blueprints, plans, and any other documents you upload to receive a framing estimate or package (up to 100 MB per file).
Project details — square footage, project type (ADU, single-family, multi-family, hospitality, etc.), location, and other specifications you share.
Communications — emails, messages, or other correspondence you send us.
Information collected automatically
Usage data — pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring URLs.
Device & browser data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and screen resolution.
Cookies & similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.
Note on uploaded plans: Your architectural drawings may contain sensitive design and property information. We treat uploaded files with the same care as confidential business documents. We do not use your plans to train third-party AI models without explicit consent.
Use of Information
We use the information collected to:
Analyze your uploaded plans and generate AI-optimized framing layouts and estimates.
Prepare and deliver your Precision Framing Package (structural calculations, 3D models, material takeoffs, permit documentation).
Communicate with you about your project, estimate status, or questions.
Improve our AI engine and service quality (using aggregated, de-identified data only).
Send service-related communications (project updates, estimate delivery, follow-ups).
Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including building code and structural engineering requirements.
Prevent fraud, protect our rights, and maintain the security of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information or uploaded files to third parties. We do not use your plans or contact details for advertising purposes.
When We Share Information
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers
We work with trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform (cloud storage, AI infrastructure, email delivery, analytics). These providers may process your data only on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.
Licensed structural engineers
Your project files may be reviewed by or shared with licensed structural engineers who stamp and certify your framing package for permit submission. This is done solely to fulfill your service request.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of Fraaime, our users, or the public.
Business transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
How Long We Keep Your Data

Project files and structural packages: retained for a minimum of 7 years to support permit and warranty purposes.
Contact information: retained for the duration of our relationship and up to 3 years after last contact.
